The Arka Foundation in Mysore, India has recently been registered as a not-for-profit, non-governmental and social welfare organization. It has a vision dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and also education in India's cultural heritage and yogic wisdom, for best serving the nation and the world.

The Foundation seeks to play a significant role in creating a manifestly more aware and informed society, that will take a more active role in its own progress and well-being.
