The retreat was truly an astonishing time for me. Not only was it inspiring, it allowed me to reconnect with nature and develop internally. It enabled me to learn to appreciate every tender moment of life and to have no unrealistic expectations, to be more content with life and to appreciate that there are people worldwide who are less fortune than me.
The combination of alternative and advanced Arka Dhyana techniques, many lectures including talks on Vastu Shastra and Mantras has left me feeling well motivated.
During our free time, some of us played tennis and badminton, whilst others were inspired to cycle or walk within the beautiful grounds of the foundation surrounded by coconut trees, fruit trees and freshly grown produce. Having the organic vegetable garden on the grounds enabled us to have tasty and relishing dishes on a daily basis.
For me Arka Foundation in its rural location is an extraordinary beautiful place; heaven on earth. Breathing in clean and fresh air, free from carbon fumes left me feeling well rested and energised with a greater sense of well being. The sun illuminating through the trees took my breath away.
Leaving at the end of the retreat has left me feeling sad, however I feel motivated and inspired to return to continue to do good work by playing a pivotal role in the CCA.
To Srinivas Arka, our spiritual master, thank you for opening our minds and deepening our souls. Thank you for creating this SANCTUARY, Arka Foundation, Mysore.
Thank You,
Dina Magdani, UK.

I have been receiving some extremely positive feedback from some attendees of the Retreat and it is so pleasing that they have all come back reinvigorated and enthused.
All have found like I did, that Arka Foundation is a truly remarkable and spiritual place and all who walk within, will not only find solitude and solace but will find themselves also walking in an oasis and garden of beauty and knowledge. They will also receive an abundance of knowledge and wisdom both from a physical and spiritual perspective.
All will come to rediscover and truly appreciate nature at is finest ambiance. They will once more grow to love and not take for granted what God, Nature and the Universe has bestowed upon us.
Hopefully everyone on their return to their respective home countries and cities around the world will nourish and cultivate what they learnt from their experiences and also share this with others.

With a humble and grateful heart, I write the following testimonial of my visit to Mysore.
Impressions of my trip.
Mysore, April 2nd, 2010, one of the hottest months in Karnataka. I don't do very well in the hot summers of India. The only thing that would get
me to India at this time of the year is if my Master would be there. Well, I'm in Mysore and yes the Master is here, physically! It is very
difficult to believe that my husband Pravin and I are actually in the presence of our special inspirer, after 2 years and 3 weeks. You wonder
if you are talking to him in your heart, or on the phone or verbally right in front of you physically. Everything just merges into oneness,
it's like we had never parted, you just continue with the flow.
Pravin said that Srinivas Arka would be busy, of course as he always will be. However we had just wanted to be around him, and whatever time
he could spare us, but this is where we wanted to spend our vacation! I had dreamed, hoped and prayed for sixteen and half years for this trip,
and finally it just happened. It's as if we were transported to another plain, we simply slipped into our hearts, and experienced bliss and joy.
The Foundation grounds took us into its embrace, the cool breeze that blows there caressed us and kept us comfortable. There is an amazing
energy there, that seems to add liveliness to everything, life just blossoms, nature and people. We were feeling so light and buoyant, not
once did we think about the life we had left behind in Canada. What a special time we spent with the Master, it is so difficult to articulate
in mere words, the infinite experience of the heart with a finite
mind.....
Several days went by like this, I savour the moments now that I'm back in Canada, finding it difficult to get back to routine, donning my
business suite, longing for the flowing Indian outfits and sacred days gone by. I hope to return when destiny permits. I have come away with
renewed sprit and clarity. Though there is a monetary need at the Arka Foundation, it is still doing charity work in the villages around it.
Work is going on, in and around the Foundation simultaneously. I thank the Master for building monuments in people's hearts and on behalf of
Pravin and I, our gratitude knows no bounds.....
