  Literary professional
 
 
  • Full time position
  • Ready to travel if required (within India)
  • Good computer knowledge (with basic software and learning skills)
  • Science background
  • Good knowledge in English, Kannada, Hindi (fluency in speaking and writing)
  • Pleasant in communication, phone manners etc.,
  • Open and positive to learn new things
  • Able to give lectures, workshops, seminars and training programs on packages of learning developed by Srinivas Arka
  • Translation of literature (training will be provided)
  • Should be able to represent Arka Foundation academically and convey their principles, philosophy and knowledge
  • Contact distributors, promote sales through lectures, media, brochures, visiting companies and businesses
  • Should also be flexible in admin work when required or requested to do so
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
 
 
 
  Administrator
 
 
  • Orientation – minimum a week
  • Voluntary work for one month
  • Formal employment upon satisfactory voluntary work
  • Probationary period - six months
  • To be flexible and capable of working longer hours when required
  • Extra hours worked – may be on voluntary basis for certain minimum hours per month
  • Time off in lieu for extra hours worked past the voluntary hours limit
  • Payment terms – required salary certificate of last drawn salary from previous employment
  • Authorized to recruit or terminate employment of personnel under concerned realm of work
  • Promote Rashmi Kuteera, Arka Dhyana practice and Sports as a package
  • Weekly report to be submitted to management/trustees
  • Work actively in the area of donations and contributions
  • Be responsible for organizing pooja at Sri Arka Mahaganapthy temple as and when required
  • Look after landscaping, agriculture, watering of plants, housekeeping, maintaining the land neat and tidy, with minimum expense or more so by sponsorship
  • Property management, water management, waste management, resource management and recycling
  • Be responsible for Field Executive, Security personnel, Electrical Engineer, Building Engineer and any other staff as assigned by the management/trustees
  • Drive Sri Srinivas Arka locally and also any key trustee members as and when required
  • Fresh orientation will be held every three months
  • Selling of literature and membership
  • Promoting Membership programme
  • Book exhibitions, Community work and other such events photos to be printed and filed in album
  • Use own transport to and from work
  • If own transport is used for work related journeys then fuel charges will be paid on receipt of vouchers/bills for the same
  • Might have to travel anywhere within India with prior notice of about a week
  • Maximum stay outside the city could be approximately 15 days
  • Introduce Arka Foundation and its principles to new people, with monthly targets
  • Being able to organise monthly events, with targets
  • To look after guest relations – organize transport from airport to airport – ensure secure stay and departure
  • Be prepared to work on any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
 
 
 
  Database Administration / Analyst
 
 
  • Full time position
  • Ready to travel if required (within India)
  • Qualified and experienced in database management and administration
  • Be able to do development work using database scripts
  • Knowledge of software such as MySql and other database
  • Efficient timely management of data
  • Information retrieval immediately upon request
  • Generating reports as requested by management
  • Security aspects related to database
  • Pleasant in communication
  • Open and positive to learn new things
  • Good knowledge in English, Kannada, Hindi (fluency in speaking and writing)
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    • Train in Arka Dhyana process, implementation and practice
    • Attend seminars / conferences as and when required
